What’s in a picture?

A picture’s worth a thousand words. Behind gifted eyes, is a vision, a gentle whisper from the heart, an artist’s soul. Like the deafening silence in a vibrant dream,

…every picture tells a story with a different point of view.

John Stanmeyer:

Being an extremist in many aspects of life, fortunately I never became enthralled with the notion of needing a slew of gear. This helped in many ways, one key aspect being less weight to carry — there’s nothing worse than toting a brick on your shoulder all day.

My kit is substantially smaller than John’s, but then again, it’s not about who is more extreme but about ‘finding the kit that works & make it as minimal as you can.’

His post, Overcast Skies, Rock n’ Roll & The Blues Brothers, is a great morning-coffee read.
